Our experienced and professional team offer you a one-on-one personalised service from start to finish and provide ongoing care to ensure your look is maintained between visits. 

We are a boutique salon located in the heart of Dunedin specialising in bespoke cuts, colours, and styling. 

Relax in the privacy of our gorgeous salon while enjoying the extensive refreshment menu and a complimentary treatment with all basin services.

Important information:

Paid covered parking is available at the Meridian Mall, and we are located directly opposite the Hanover Street entrance to the mall.

Private events, parties and exclusive appointments outside of salon hours can be arranged directly with the Salon Manager.

A 50% deposit is payable upon booking your service.  If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be credited to your next appointment.  In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the deposit is refundable if you provide more than 48 hours notice.

We understand that life can get in the way but kindly ask as much notice as possible is given if you need to reschedule.

  • I have been working in the hairdressing industry for over 14 years, with most of my working life being in Christchurch. Since moving back to Dunedin, I have had the privilege of working as a stylist as well as managing Pure Hairdressing since it has opened. What I love most about my job is helping to make people feel like the best version of themselves.  

     

    I have always loved the hair, fashion & beauty industry and am passionate about training and keeping up with the forever-changing trends. My passion falls with cutting & colouring, along with styling which can bring a whole look together! I love working with my clients, building up trust and being able to create looks for them that they can maintain in their everyday life.

 
 
 
 
 
 

  • I have been in the Hairdressing Industry for many years and have built up a wealth of knowledge.

    I worked overseas for many years returning to NZ in 2014.

    I retrained as a colourist with Tony and Guy in the Uk which was the best experience and was privileged to work with the art team which included being part of London Fashion week which at the time was sponsored by Toni and guy.

    I love beautiful natural healthy hair and giving my clients the ultimate experience in salon with lots of advice on how to style and keep your hair in the best possible condition.

    Colouring and styling are my passion alongside building a strong professional relationship with all my clients and making their experience rewarding and fun.

 
 

  • I started my career over 20 years ago in Tokyo. For 7 years I travelled all over the world, always with a pair of scissors in my bag. I worked in Australia for 3 years before coming to NZ in the end of 2010.

    Cutting is my favourite part of hairdressing.

    When I’m not working, I disappear on adventures into the wild. My biggest passion being surfing, along with tramping, biking, camping, and exploring all over New Zealand.

    I also take a keen interest in creative arts and photography.
